FINAL RACE CHANGE OF DATE

We are expecting bad weather with high winds to come into the South East of Zimbabwe on Friday 30^th July. Both Friday and Saturday’s weather is not good and in the best interests of the pigeons and the event we are changing the Final Race to Thursday 29th which is the day before. The distance is expected to be 600 km with a 7 am liberation. We will always try to achieve approximately 7 to 8 hours or more on the wing in the final.

Please note this will result in reduced time being available to activate any spare pigeons.

Remember that Bonus Races for the FINAL RACE are open and will remain open for 4 hours after liberation.

Loft list & Reserve activation deadline

A reminder that fanciers have until 8 am CAT tomorrow, Monday 26 July to activate their Reserve birds. Thereafter they will be available for other fanciers to activate.

The paid statuses on this list will automatically update as fanciers activate their reserves. People can use this list to see which reserves are still available as at 8 am CAT tomorrow.

Missing activations have been moved over to the next reserve in that team based on the current loft list.

If a bird of yours was missing for a Hotspot the credits were automatically processed. If however it or one of its reserves in that team are now back you need to reactivate it if you want it to compete in your name, otherwise it will be up for sale tomorrow at 8 am CAT.

The onus rests on the fancier to urgently check that their bird statuses are correct.
