Race Loft List – 31 Dec – Intake closed

Our quarantine period is officially finished and all birds are in our Race Loft. We have assigned electronic rings to all birds and the earlier shipments have been loft flying. Herewith the list of birds in the Race Loft;

There are many outstanding entry forms and some birds for which we are not certain who the fancier is. Please contact us if any of your birds are in Awaiting Information or are incorrect.

PAYMENT: Note that all birds currently have an “unpaid” status. We are updating our website and will automatically activate the first bird in each of your teams if you have sufficient funds in your race account. An announcement will be made to this effect once done.

Our terms state that payment of $750 for at least one pigeon in each team of 5 needs to be made upon submission of your birds to the shipping agents. If you have not yet paid for at least one bird per team or do not have a current account balance to cover this please urgently make payment and send the proof of payment to us.

You have 2 options for payment;

1. By credit card (VISA or Mastercard) from within your login (under the “Add Money” tab). If you have any trouble paying by credit card you might need to contact your bank to confirm that the payment is not fraud.
2. OR by wire transfer to our bank account (let us know if you would like an invoice);

We have credited all race accounts for payments which we have received to date. We do however have a few unknown receipts. If you have made payment to us and it is not reflecting in your race account please urgently send us a proof of payment so we can reconcile it.

PLEASE NOTE: It is vital that we receive a SIGNED entry form from ALL racing names/ syndicates with your allocated teams and bird orders. These can be scanned and emailed to us and some have already been received by hard copy. If you have not sent in a form to us or to your agent please do so as soon as possible.
