In reference to the terms and conditions the following will apply to the sale of pigeons and the extra Victoria Falls Enduro 725km (450 mile) race. Guaranteed Prizes $50 000 USD

• On conclusion of the Final race some pigeons will be selected for sale at the sole discretion of VFWCPR Ltd through PIPA and other outlets. Pigeons that are not selected may be entered in the Victoria Falls Enduro.
  50% of the net proceeds after sale costs will be paid to the activator of the pigeon. The balance of the sale proceeds will be split between VFWCPR Ltd and nominated trusts or charities at the sole discretion of VFWCPR Ltd. The sale proceeds from Venture Racers will be treated differently (see Venture Racers). Please note that entrants of pigeons without pedigrees will lose all rights to sale proceeds for that bird.
• If a pigeon is selected for sale an entrant may opt to rather enter the Enduro first. This is provided that the pigeon is not in the 1^st 10 places in the final race, 1^st 3 in the ACE bird and 1^st 3 in the Overall Best bird. Other birds may be selected to race the Enduro. The option rests with the activator of the pigeon.
• Because of logistical difficulties birds not selected for sale are not offered back to breeders and will be retained to help settle new birds for the 2020 race season or given away.

After the final race pigeons which are not selected for sale will be entered into a 725 km (450 miles) race scheduled for Saturday 27^th July. Any pigeon from the final (except winners as mentioned above) can be entered for USD 250 into the Victoria Falls Enduro which must be paid by the current entrant before Wednesday 24^th July.

If the offer to enter a pigeon is not taken up in time the pigeons will be offered to third parties on a first come first served basis by email to info@victoriafallswcpr.com  In this case all rights for the bird is held by the new activator. Any remaining un-activated pigeon will have details hidden. 

As soon as possible after the 725 km race more pigeons will be selected to be sold by PIPA and other outlets. Pigeons will be sold at the sole discretion of VFWCPR Ltd and 50% of sales proceeds after sales costs will go to the current activator and 50% to VFWCPR.   

• The staging of the Victoria Falls Enduro will depend on the results of the Final race held on the 19^th July and the condition of the pigeons. VFWCPR reserves the right to vary these terms to suit the conditions and circumstances at the time or to cancel the race.
• All rights to pigeons are forfeited if not paid for or if no pedigree is provided in time.
