Here is a list of all pigeons in the loft at Victoria Falls – https://www.victoriafallswcpr.com/results.php?opt=5&id=641

The first intake of pigeons has been out and exercising since the end of October 2022 and others over a shorter period depending on the intake date. Some pigeons have been lost in orientation however some lost pigeons return to the loft and others go missing from time to time. The list will therefore change at each inventory.

The preliminary training programme is as follows;

FORCE FLY AT LOFT               FROM 13 MARCH        2 WEEKS TIME

SHORT DAILY TOSSES           FROM 27 MARCH        4 WEEKS TIME

FIRST LIVE TOSS 77 KM         ON 29 APRIL                8 WEEKS TIME

HOTSPOT 1 FROM 192KM      ON 2 JUNE                  13 WEEKS TIME

NOTE: This may be adjusted to suit weather and the birds’ progress and condition.
